Terms of service

1. GENERAL

We retain the right to change any part of this site at any time.

2. PAYMENT

All payments are in Euros by credit card through Paypal.com. French-issued cheques are accepted but please note goods will not be delivered until the cheque has cleared. By prior arrangement goods may be paid in cash or by cheque at an agreed collection point.

3. DELIVERY

a. Delivery to mainland France, Corsica and European Union countries.

b. All orders are subject to availability. If the goods you have ordered are out of stock we will contact you to offer you an alternative product or reimburse you if you decide to cancel your order.

c. Dispatch will normally be made the next working day after receipt of order.

d. Boxes may be posted seperately and may not arrive together if you order several boxes.

e. Delivery times are approximate. Please note delivery times may be longer in the days leading up to Christmas.

f. We take no responsibility for orders lost by the postal company.

4. RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason you may return them to us. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packing. A refund will be paid on receipt of the returned package. The cost of return postage is to be paid by you.

5. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

We collect contact information from our users for administration and contact purposes. This information will not be transmitted to any third party. All financial information such as credit card number and expiry date is not collected but is held by Paypal.com.
